I wrote these ideas one night. The ideas are ideas, not set in stone, can be transformed and changed

Don’t let any one determine your worth.

Only you can determine your worth.

It makes me angry when I judge.

Dont let anyones worth of you reign truer than your own.

You know you best.

You are goodness in itself.

You are the wonder of the world.

Truth does set you free.

Truth is awareness.

I know that my worth is not always reflected. So I must find what reflects my worth.

As one human on this earth I am limited to one place at a time. It is my light that is all expansive, that can travel everywhere.

We want to be important. We want to be recognised. We want to be loved.

I want to have love for everyone.

Freedom is knowing that you are free.

People may push us, hurt us, destroy our lives but they can never destroy our soul.

The fear of death can stop you from living.

I'm going to bring light to my darkest thoughts because there I find freedom

A lot of what we think is not even what we believe. Be careful with what you believe.

A lot of what exists is from the past.

Work out what is yours, and what is someone else’s. Sometimes the energy we feel or the thoughts we have are not even ours.

The ability to discern the truth is vital.

Fear of evil is ok.

Find armour that fits you well. We all need protection.

Your heart is the best armour you can find.

No one can destroy you, ever.

The snake is maybe only a symbol to show you life in all its forms, all the ways in which you can choose to live life. It is a reminder of free will. You can always choose.

Only you are responsible for your free will. Anyone who takes away another’s free will is abusing their power

We are an accumulation of all that we have lived. All our experiences live inside us, all the good and the bad. It is how we choose to use these experiences that count.

There is only one you.
